If you are unhappy with a product purchased from us, please let us know. Our refund and returns policy gives you 30 days to return or exchange goods purchased online with a valid receipt. After the 30-day period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. We encourage customers to inspect products on delivery.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all physical products must be packed and returned together with any manuals and documents. We will exchange the product or offer a refund using the original payment method. Shipping charges are excluded, other than original shipping costs that were invoiced where applicable.
Once returned goods are received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and tell you whether your refund has been approved or refused.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied automatically to your credit card or original payment method within 14 calendar days.
Partial refunds
In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted, including:
- Products with obvious signs of use.
- Products returned in a condition other than their original condition, or which are damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by our error.
- Goods returned more than 30 days after delivery.
