Premier Sips UK Ltd was incorporated on 25th January 2021 with a single mission: to manufacture Structural Insulated Panels to a higher quality, more accurately, and at better value than anything else available.

Premier Sips UK was started by an industry expert, a lean operations practitioner and a master of enterprise — more than a little bit obsessed with manufacturing SIP panels to the highest quality.
We are super passionate about Structurally Insulated Panels and believe that SIPs are the most time-efficient, environmentally friendly, versatile and cost-effective building solution available.

Every panel is manufactured to the highest standard. We use premium OSB facing and high-density polyurethane foam cores — no shortcuts, no compromise.
CNC Precision
Every single panel we produce is CNC-cut. That means perfect dimensions, clean edges, and the ability to cut any shape — circles, arches, complex curves — to exact tolerances.

ISO 14001 certified. We take our environmental responsibilities seriously — from material sourcing to waste reduction in our manufacturing process.
WHY WE CHOSE
POLYURETHANE.
From day one, Premier Sips made a deliberate choice to manufacture exclusively with polyurethane (PU) foam cores — not expanded polystyrene (EPS). That decision was not made lightly. We invested significant time and resource into understanding the chemistry of closed-cell polyurethane foam, its behaviour under load, its long-term thermal stability, and how it bonds with structural OSB facings.
The result is a panel that outperforms EPS in every meaningful category: thermal efficiency, moisture resistance, structural integrity, and fire performance. PU foam achieves a lambda value of approximately 0.022–0.025 W/mK, compared to 0.038–0.040 W/mK for EPS — meaning our panels deliver significantly better U-values at equivalent thicknesses, or the same performance in a thinner, lighter panel.

UK-WIDE DELIVERY.
Premier Sips works out of Whittington near Lichfield in the West Midlands, giving us excellent logistics links to supply and distribute throughout the UK. Panels are dispatched on full flatbed lorry loads — CNC-cut, strapped and ready to build.
